Friendly Computers has been supplying assistive learning technology to DSA students for the last ten years. During this time we have developed a great deal of expertise in this specialised field and believe we can offer some of the best support available to DSA students:
Friendly Computers don't use couriers, we deliver, set up and install all our own equipment. This is not the case with some other DSA suppliers. We don't use third party warranty companies to administer support to DSA students. Again, this is not always the case with some other DSA suppliers
Our Service Level Agreement goes beyond the required SLA as set out in the QAG SLA documentation
We build all our own desktop PC systems to the exact specification required;
Some suppliers actually buy in desktop PCs from other manufacturers. This is a somewhat inflexible approach to supplying what can, by necessity, be a very specific system requirement
To use the cliché,' we are small enough to care but large enough to cope'.
Our staff is often on first name terms with our DSA customers. The ability to develop these 'Friendly' relationships with customers is one of the mainstays of the company's' continuing success.
